It is a good idea to check for places inside the house which need maintenance before the start of summer. Spring is a good time for maintenance. The first thing one should check for is the drainage and the plumbing work. Taps, showers and washbasins should be checked for any visible leaks. It is also a good idea to check the drains to make sure there aren’t leaks with water seeping into the walls. The next thing to check for would be air conditioner and air purifiers if there are any. Cleaning them would ensure the air that is circulated is purer.
You should also check the windows around the house, to see if there are any broken pieces. The dust that has settled in during winters inside the frames and slides should also be cleaned up. Lastly check your basement, storage and ceiling if there is terrace immediately above to ensure there are no cracks or leakages anywhere.
